Effective Date: 31st August, 2026

California Notice at Collection / State Law Privacy Rights: see the U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice (Section 11) below for important information about your rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Welcome to PIECRUST, and thanks for playing our game! This Privacy Policy is designed to provide clarity about how we process the information we collect, and how you can exercise your privacy rights, where applicable. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you play our game; otherwise access any of our other products, services, content, websites and/or other domains provided by us; any other digital properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy; and our marketing activities and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Dyumn Tech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at 101, D Definity Premises Co-operative Society Limited, Survey No. 95, Hissa No. CTS No. 364, Jayprakash Road No. 01, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400063, and its affiliates (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection, disclosure, storage and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not want us to collect, store, use or disclose your information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you should not play our game or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Services or by other appropriate means.

Territorial availability: the Services are currently offered principally in the United States, India and other markets where we choose to distribute them. The Services are not currently offered to, directed at, or intended for users located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and we do not monitor the behaviour of individuals located there. If you access the Services from a territory where they are not offered, you do so on your own initiative.

1. Information We Collect and Process

The personal information we may collect and process about you through the Services falls into the following general categories.

1.1 Information you provide voluntarily

We do not require your real name, email address or phone number to play the game.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

When you access our Services, we may also collect certain information automatically from you and/or your device, such as:

Like most online services, any website we operate may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and prevent fraud. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies; in that case, some aspects of the website may not function properly.

1.3 Information we obtain from third-party sources

2. How We Use the Information We Collect

We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

3. Sharing of Your Information

We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:

4. Data Storage and International Transfers

We are an India-incorporated company and provide the Services in the markets where we choose to distribute them. Your personal information may be stored and processed in India, the United States, or any other country where we or our service providers operate infrastructure, and by using the Services you consent to such storage and processing. Where personal information is transferred to a country other than your own, we take steps designed to ensure the transfer complies with applicable law, including, where required, contractual and other lawful transfer safeguards.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

Users located in U.S. states with privacy laws applicable to us can find more information in the U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice (Section 11).

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, and we may decline requests as permitted by applicable law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including satisfying legal, accounting or reporting requirements, establishing or defending legal claims, and compliance and protection purposes. To determine appropriate retention periods, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes of processing and whether those purposes can be achieved by other means, and applicable legal requirements. When we no longer require personal information, we may delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing. You can delete your data and account at any time through the in-app Privacy Center, and deletion completes subject to a short grace period and legally required retention (for example, transaction records for tax and fraud-prevention purposes).

See the Data Deletion page for the step-by-step in-app flow →

7. Children

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services under our Terms of Use. A child under the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction may only use the Services with the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian, where such use is permitted at all. Users who identify as under 13 at the age screen receive a restricted, high-privacy Child Mode experience: no consent is sought from the child, data collection is limited to what is necessary to provide the game, optional features require a platform-native parent gate, and purchases require the platform’s parental-approval mechanism (Apple “Ask to Buy” / Google Family Link). Where verifiable parental consent is required by law before collecting personal information from a child beyond permitted internal operations, we will obtain it using a legally recognized method.

Child Mode accounts are never served personalized or interest-based advertising: any advertising shown to an account identified as a child is contextual only, and our advertising SDKs are configured with the relevant child-directed treatment settings (for example, Google’s tag-for-child-directed-treatment / tag-for-users-under-age-of-consent flags). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data promptly. A parent or legal guardian may review, access, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child’s personal information by using the parent-gated in-app Privacy Center or by contacting us (Section 10); we will verify the parental relationship before acting.

8. Privacy Policies of Linked Sites and Advertisers

The Services may contain links to websites, mobile applications and other online services from companies other than the Company, and may in the future contain advertisements. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. If you have questions about how these third parties use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.

9. Security of Your Information

We have taken steps designed to protect your information. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

We disclose these categories to service providers, platform providers, business transferees, professional advisors, and authorities as described in Section 3, for the purposes described in Section 2, and we may “sell” or “share” (as defined by State Privacy Laws) Identifiers and Internet activity information with advertising partners for interest-based advertising purposes, subject to the opt-outs above.

Verification of identity; authorized agents. We may need to verify your identity to process requests and reserve the right to confirm your residency. Under some State Privacy Laws you may enable an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may need to verify the agent’s identity and authority, including a valid power of attorney or written signed permission, and confirmation of your own identity.
